How important are foreign policy issues for you when making your voting decision?

“I think it’s very important coming up on the age that could be drafted. So I think I would choose a candidate who, I believe, could be good for our country.

“I think it’s important because tariffs affect the prices of everything in America. I mean, almost everything is imported. So if it’s more expensive for me to literally buy a computer…that’s concerning to me.”

How important is the issue of abortion for you to make your voting decision?

“It doesn’t affect me, like individually, but I think because I’m a girl, like, I need to look out for other girls and like women, and I just feel like, like, if abortion is taken away, or like it’s less easily accessible, then people will resort to unsafe methods.”

Gracyn Lee-Torchiann ’25

“I’d say it’s a pretty important factor in this election because lives are ultimately on the line and people’s futures.”

“I think the economy is a very important factor in choosing who I would support because the economy has been very volatile these days, but with the topic of inflation being very important it will drive my decision.”

Anonymous

“It’s pretty important to me because I’ll be going into the workforce in the next four years, and I’ll be looking for a job.”

Nadia Pierre ’25

Do you believe that your vote matters?

“Probably not, because I’m in Philadelphia county, and it’s very dominantly Democratic. So whoever I vote for won’t impact the election.”

Andrew Blum ’25

“I think we’re in a very tight race in Pennsylvania, a swing state, and I believe my vote matters because I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia which contains some of the most important counties for the election.”

Charlie Greenberg ’25
