Every student in chemistry didn’t like it a lot. Unbeknownst to the rest of us, the Grinch really did not. On Monday the 16th a chem test should have appeared, but thanks to the grinch and his wonderful, evil idea, every periodic table had instead disappeared.
According to a chemistry teacher, periodic tables were stripped from the walls, the cabinets, and even the secret bunker under the science building just moments before a big test. It was apparent that this was no harmless prank done by a student but instead a well designed scheme.
Ignoring the logistical phenomenon that this scheme required, the teacher frantically started blaming the students. One student recalled, “I was blindfolded. Dumbfounded even. I was transported down a long and windy flight of stairs. Probably took me 10 minutes of walking until I got into this mysterious interrogation room. It seemed like some sort of labyrinth.” He continued, “Once they finally took the blindfold off of me, I was flooded with questions. They were asking about all of my whereabouts, my hobbies, and even my Xbox gamertag, which I thought was pretty odd.”
After the teacher had questioned each 10th grader, one student finally cracked the code. She stated, “I suppose people aren’t as keen on small details as myself. Once the teacher mentioned an abundance of green hairs being left all over the science building it just clicked. The grinch is one to hold grudges, so he’s probably been plotting all his life for this. It’s very impressive. I’m very impressed.”
The chemistry teacher union has done all they can to keep this incident underground, but word has gotten out.
Meanwhile, the grinch has gained a mass amount of followers on all of his social medias with students supporting his rampage on chemistry. An anonymous group member said, “We’ve joined forces with the grinch. This act of solidarity has left us in a state of gratitude. I feel as if my heart has grown three times bigger over the past few days.”
