“I’m not a big fan of schedules. I like to almost talk to myself, like in my mind. I tell myself what I need to do before I need to do it. And I’ll also just do very simple things, maybe like doing one math problem. It takes me two minutes just to kind of compartmentalize all of it and make it manageable for me over a long period of time.”
