This summer, employees at SCH reported great working conditions. They reported great flexibility, and benefits.

Sarah Damiano, the director of aftercare programs, says the working conditions are,“Very, very good.”

Samantha Proske, runs the front desk and teaches creative writing. She said, “I think they are very flexible and understanding. I think its a community.” 

Mr. Sharp, Security guard and chef by profession said “The working conditions are great, but [they] could always improve”

Julia MacMullen, the Director of marketing at SCH says that working at SCH is really nice.

Jordan Donaghy, the HR Assistant, said that the pay and benefits are great, but she would like to have more appreciation days.
