“I got lost on the beach on the Fourth of July when I was four years old. I was a very curious kid, and it wasn’t the first time I got lost in a random spot. It’s the Fourth of July, and I was playing with my younger cousins. While the fireworks were going on, it got really dark out, and I kind of just walked off and wandered all the way down to 46th Street. Originally, I was on 56th. Thankfully, I was found by a random man who wasn’t a weirdo. He asked me where I was going and where my family was, and I was four, so the only thing I knew at the time was 56th Street. I didn’t know my address. I didn’t know my parents’ first and last names. It was just mom and dad on 56th Street.”
