The United States women’s ice hockey team has won all three of the games they have played, and are eyeing gold.
The U.S., led by captain Hilary Knight, has scored five goals in both of their games, only allowing one.
Wins over Czechia, Finland, and Canada solidified the U.S. team as big contenders, and they are now the favorites for the gold medal.
Those three teams the U.S. beat are considered the next best teams after the United States.
The playoffs start on February 14, with the gold medal game taking place on February 19.
We will have to wait and see if the U.S. women’s ice hockey team has what it takes to take home gold.
