Recently, The Campus Lantern acquired an inside scoop from a source close to the annual student karaoke competition.
This source, who asked to remain unnamed for personal security reasons, claimed that students should be prepared to bring their best singing voices to the cafeteria at some point during February. He mentioned that he expects this year’s competition to be as competitive as ever, with the entire student body eyeing the prize and the undeniable social status that comes with winning Best SCHinger. The source also said that Worst SCHinger may be the more impressive title, considering the shocking quantity of poor singers that our student body has presented during past competitions.
